Here are the answers to some questions I get asked!
“I’m unfamiliar with PayPal. How does it work?”
PayPal is a very easy and secure way to do business over the internet. By using PayPal you can pay with a credit card or pay directly out of your bank account with what they term an echeck. Click on Order Now! and select payment option #1. When you have finished filling out the PayPal Order Form you will click on the PayPal button and this will send you directly to their secured sight. You will fill out the Item, Quantity and Item Price. The Item Price is the Product Total price from the Order Form. In the section that says Special Instructions you will type in what initials, names, symbols, etc. that you want on the tree. This is also the place where you will indicate what color frame you would like: black or white wash stain. Your shipping details will be emailed to me through PayPal. If you wish to send to a different address, please put that information in the Special Instructions box as well. When you are finished with the transaction you will be sent back to this site and then you and I both will get emails from PayPal that a transaction has taken place. Still have questions? “If I don’t want to use PayPal, can I still order a Memory-Tree?
Absolutely! Click on Order Now! and select payment option #2. Simply fill out the order form, print it and send it, along with payment, and I will be happy to fulfill your order that way!
“It sure would help if you would gift wrap it for me. Can you do that?”
I would be happy to gift wrap it for you. For all gift wrapping I use beautiful wrapping paper and ribbons that are appropriate for the occasion. For example, if you are giving this as a wedding gift, I will use a beautiful white paper and ribbons appropriate for the big event. I will also include a gift card, if you like, writing whatever sentiments you wish. The cost for gift wrapping is $5.00. (The cost for gift wrapping is nonrefundable.)
“Will you send it directly to the person I am giving it to?”
Sure I will. If you are using PayPal, once you are in their secured site there is a box labeled Special Instructions. This is where you will type in, not only the initials, names, dates, etc. but also where you would like for me to ship the tree to if it is different from your shipping address. If you are mailing in your order, on the Mail-in Order Details page simply fill in who and where the artwork will be shipped to in the Gift Address section. I will include a gift card in the shipment.
“How long does it take to get my Memory-Tree?”
It will take approximately two weeks to create your customized Memory-Tree. USPS Priority Mail shipping takes two to three business days to ship your package. On average, I would say it takes two and a half weeks to get your Memory-Tree. If you would like over night shipping you can purchase this on the Order Form. USPS Express Mail service will cost you $25.00. (Express Mail is nonrefundable.)
“I’m really not happy with how it turned out. Now what do we do?”
I can’t imagine anybody accepting and paying for something they didn’t like! I will be happy to do one of two things. You can return the one you do not like and I will create another one for you or I will simply refund your money after you return the product. It’s that simple! (Again, gift wrapping and USPS Express Mail is nonrefundable.)
